How to find out what your membership site’s visitors really think about your site and its contents
Filed Under Marketing, Member retention
There are two pages that every member of your subscription site visits each time they visit. One is the home page; the other is the logout page. Although often overlooked, because members visit the logout page at the conclusion of each visit, the page justifies the serious attention of every membership site owner.
You can use your logout page to sell “step up” products or services, announce upcoming events, promote affiliate offers, or–as I do at Published & Profitable–learn from my members.
A short, simple form, created with Published & Profitable upcoming interview guest Milana Leshinsky’s Assessment Generator, lets me find out what were most popular pages visited during this session, and the topics I should explore next.
Are you attending the Membership Site Success Seminar in Boston, during October?
Contact Roger C. Parker and Maria G. Nozza about 1-on-1 coaching and consulting opportunities before and after the event.

Hey,
I just wanted to that using a script like this can help you in ten folds. By gathering feed back from your customers you can get new Ideas for upcoming months updates. Allowing you to focus on the task at hand promoting your membership site instead of worrying about what to come up with next month.
I recommend using a script like this as it will help you with your membership site long Gevity.
