Normally, WordPress, like many blogging programs, arranges blog categories alphabetically. However, the latest versions of WordPress, i.e., WordPress 2.5 and following, have a nifty feature that displays categories in order of usage. Simply click the “Most used” text link next to categories, and categories are displayed in descending order based on the number of posts for each one.

This feature can help membership site owners avoid inadvertently emphasizing some categories, while under-posting in some other categories. Using this feature, you can easily fine-tune your blog content plan to ensure that you’re putting the right amount of emphasis on those topics that generate the best response.

That is one very cool find. I use WordPress all the time, but never noticed that new feature.

But ya, we need to focus on giving content on the topics that out members want the most.
