Membership site success involves carefully balancing long-term and short-term priorities. Short term priorities involve the need to continually add new content to your site. Yet, content alone isn’t enough; membership site owners must also constantly be acquiring new members while reselling (or retaining) their site’s existing members.

In addition, there’s the need to invest in new back-end profit centers, such as events and new information products, including e-books plus audio and video products.

A simple table like the above, created using Microsoft Word, would be enough to create a road map outlining the daily tasks to focus on each day of the week.
