Save time and keep in touch with members and prospects by creating weekly newsletters from daily blog posts
Filed Under Marketing, Member retention
A while back, in a previous posting, I referred to the blog content formula that made it practical for Bud Bilanich to create daily posts on his Success Common Sense blog. I mentioned that I was committed to doing the same thing with my Published & Profitable blog. During the past 90 days, I’m happy to report that the blog content formula works really well.
Without any sense of stress or “deadline madness,” I’ve been posting new content on the Published & Profitable blog on a daily, Monday through Friday, basis. In fact, I’ve often been able to add additional postings, as appropriate.
Now, I’ve seen that Bud has taken the next step and is leveraging his daily blog posts by creating a weekly e-mail newsletter that summarizes the previous week’s blog posts and contains links to them. The newsletter is great, as you’ll see if you sign up here.
The combination of daily blog posts–delivered by RSS–and weekly newsletter compilations provides a one-two punch that keeps Bud’s market engaged and involved. The same formula can work for you, too!

Roger:
Thank you so much for your kind words. I have found this blogging and newsletter formula to be easy to use. I’m glad you find it helpful. I hope your readers do too.
Here is a link to my new movie on career and life success that relates to the points I make Monday through Friday on my http://www.SuccessCommonSense.com blog.
